The Situation
The client ran a trading education business out of Manila — weekly live sessions, a paid Telegram group, and a basic course package. Revenue was inconsistent because everything ran on referrals and word-of-mouth. The website was a 5-page Wix build with no email capture, no lead system, and no way to convert cold traffic.
He was spending roughly 12 hours a week manually answering the same questions on Facebook and Messenger — qualifying leads by hand before every enrollment conversation.

What Made It Work
